- To promote inclusiveness, equality and diversity within the workforce and the wider community.
- To work with people from minority communities to identify their skills and potential.
- To work with people from minority communities to identify the existing obstacles and barriers that hinder their employment opportunities.
- To develop strategic alliances with key players from the trades unions, employment services, local authorities, business federations, uniformed services, education and training providers, towards the development of meaningful Diversity training policies.
We strongly believe that promoting diversity and fighting race discrimination and inequalities at work is not a task for one programme or a few partnerships; it is the collective responsibility of society. Nevertheless, our partnership aims to contribute towards the development of a comprehensive policy, strategy, research and training on diversity and equality issues so that diversity becomes a struggle of today and a victory for tomorrow.
