Principal Objectives Making Diversity Work

We strongly believe that promoting diversity and fighting race discrimination and inequalities at work is not a task for one programme or a few partnerships; it is the collective responsibility of society. Nevertheless, our partnership aims to contribute towards the development of a comprehensive policy, strategy, research and training on diversity and equality issues so that diversity becomes a struggle of today and a victory for tomorrow.

We are working with a number of organisations aiming to have an effective impact on bringing positive change to Scotland's Minority Ethnic Communities.

We believe there are many individuals and employer organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors that share our views. If you are interested in working with us to fulfil and develop our partnership's objectives, we want to hear from you!

We are particularly interested in hearing from private and public sector employers who want to diversify their workforce.
